It beats me folks. I guess we still have a lot of Arizona residents, who are deniers of facts, aka cool aide drinkers. It’s been almost 5 weeks since 4 more  states in the United States, voted to permit recreational marijuana in their states. November 8, 2016, was surely a historic day. Things could have been better, had Arizona joined Nevada, Maine, Massachusetts, and California in voting YES, to decriminalize recreational marijuana. As the polls closed and the votes started to pour in, it became clear that it was gonna be a close vote. With just over 50% of the votes favoring NO, Arizona will have to be like one of the other 42 States, that prohibit recreational marijuana. A DAMN SHAME .More innocent citizens will go to prison, just for marijuana, folks.

I had always predicated  Arizona was gonna be really close. California was guaranteed, but Maine and Arizona were just going to be close. Maine eventually pulled through, but a recount had to be ordered due to the closeness of the vote. Arizona still remains a very conservative State, folks. There are many politicians in Arizona who have vowed to never advocate for the legalization or decriminalization of marijuana. I love Arizona, but not too sure about those that voted no, to such a wonderful thing. I always wonder why some voters vote NO, yet they don’t even smoke. Smoking marijuana should be a personal choice and the law should have nothing to do with it. If someone wants to get fried, then SURE BE IT , let them get fried. I don’t understand why the world’s biggest democracy still has a say in what its citizen’s smoke.

I guess part of democracy, is that we also respect those we don’t agree with. Having said that, I have no hard feelings towards those that voted no, but I wish they would do some research on pot, before making a decision that will affect millions of lives?  Arizona is also the home state of 2 time failed presidential candidate John McCain. Just had to throw that in there, folks.   Most of the NO voters were probably influenced by some old fake information on marijuana they might have had. These are the delusional citizens that might actually believe that marijuana will make you crazy. Some might just have voted no, because they fear their kids will have easier access to it, if it’s decriminalized. Whatever reason lead to them to voting no, it’s all good. Legalization of marijuana is inevitable. We can fight it now but soon the facts will become so abundant. Hopefully then, Proposition 205, will pass

Remember, legalization is just around the corner and is as sure as death. Keep the bongs loaded and the joints burning folks. Please also share this post with your friends and family, by using the social media links below. Till next time, take care and cheers
